The Strategy:
- Consistently maintaining eat clean principles
- Consistently maintaining cardio and strength training regime
- Consistently maintaining food journal
The Results:
- Lost 9.4 lbs since January 5th
- Lost 4.2 lbs since start of the Challenge
- Noticeable changes in body shape (i.e. toning muscles)
What I'll do going forward: KEEP THE MOMENTUM and CONSISTENCY GOING!!
